Introduction:
VICFORM water-based monocrystal diamond suspension utilizes a unique dispersion technology to ensure stable and uniform suspension of diamond powder in the carrier liquid. This ensures uniform cutting across the sample surface, avoiding defects such as "tailing" or "comet tails" caused by uneven particle size. This provides an interference-free, clear substrate for subsequent microstructural observation (especially high-magnification SEM/EDS analysis), ensuring reliable test results. Furthermore, our diamond suspension utilizes a high-concentration formula, enabling faster and superior grinding results.
Select the appropriate particle size based on the polishing stage. Typically, start with a coarse particle size (e.g., 9µm) and gradually work your way up to a finer particle size.
Before use, be sure to shake the bottle thoroughly to evenly disperse the precipitated diamond particles in the carrier fluid.
