How long is the warranty for the complete machine?

12 months , starting from the date the goods are installed and successfully accepted.

What is the maintenance and repair policy?

Upon receiving a repair request and relevant details from the customer, if there is a local partner agent or technician available, they will be prioritized to provide on-site after-sales service. If replacement parts are needed, they can be shipped from China within 3–7 working days. If no local partner agent is available, we will provide remote video guidance for the repair. If the issue still cannot be resolved, an on-site service plan by engineers from China can be negotiated.

What is the lead time for wearing parts? Can they be purchased as long-term matching supplies in the future?

The lead time is 7–10 working days, and long-term procurement is available.

Packaging Specifications: For polishing powder or the suspension,can we switch to customer-customized packaging?

Yes, custom packaging is available.

Can production be customized according to the customer's required particle size, concentration, and packaging? Can you accept orders for small-batch trial samples?

Yes, to both.

What is the samples policy ?

Samples can be provided free of charge—up to 50g for solids and 100ml for liquids—with the customer covering the shipping costs. The cost can be deducted from the bulk order, and samples will be shipped within 7 working days.
