Vpress-30S is a touchscreen-controlled(7-inch), programmable, fully automatic hydraulic mounting machine. It features an excellent heating and cooling system to offer high mounting efficiency and reliable performance, meeting the sample mounting needs of different customers. The dual-station model Vpress-30T is available to double the efficiency.

Safe and User-friendly

*Simple operation：one-button start automatically completes the pressurization, heat preservation, cooling, and unloading processes,with real-time temperature curve display.

*Built-in 50 sets of commonly used mounting parameters; parameters can be modified, saved, and recalled.

*Multiple safety protections: emergency stop button ,automatic power-off in case of overheating.

*Automatic maintenance reminder function: periodic equipment maintenance reminders to prevent dirt accumulation on the inner wall of the sleeve, to avoid equipment malfunctions.

Time-saving and excellent mounting effect

*Advanced heating technology and optimized cooling system enables ultra-short mounting time: approximately 6 minutes for a 30mm diameter sample.

*Can mount transparent samples and high-hardness samples with excellent sample edge preservation.

*Samples all will have chamfers to prevent damage to sandpaper and polishing cloth.
